What we offer
Who We Are

Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy is an opportunity to express ones experiences, bring awareness to patterns of behaviour, reflect on new ways of communicating and connecting.
I primarily work with the principles of Transactional Analysis often supported by CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Strengths Based.
Psychotherapy is deeply reflective and we often take into account what is happening in the here and now.

Workshops for Parents
Our workshops for parents are three series workshops. We teach them skills on how to parent from the present space, understand and address communication styles and develop a nurturing yet a structured space for children. We encourage both set of parents to attend the workshop. Parenting is a role best done as partners.

Group Work for Educators
In my work with Educators I use the Educational Transactional Analysis Framework first introduced by Eric Berne.
This is a deep reflective work for educators which could help in burn-out, effective classroom management and creating an OK-OK space for learning.
Consultation for Families
My consultation work with families is not therapy. It is training for leadership.
Parents often find themselves navigating parenthood something that non of us are taught. When parents work with me I teach them to embrace the role of parenting as a leader - someone who nurtures, creates structure, gets in touch with their own curiosity and spontaneity.
This is a 10 session course where we encourage both the parents to attend. Parents will undertake deep reflective work and learn tools that will help them in becoming present parents.
